CONSENT FORM FOR OFFLINE TEST (Class 10 & 12) Dear parents I hope you all are fine and healthy , we are entering the critical phase of our Board examinations preparations ( classes -10th and 12 th). In both these classes the syllabus has completed or on the verge of completion. My teachers are rigorously engaged in the revision exercises , conducting tests and scrutinising the results . I have made sure that the classes are conducted in a conducive and receptive environment . My teachers have been providing the live classes with precision and meticulous planning . Students who are not attending the classes are politely requested to join the classes . Queries , suggestions , exchanging of ideas have further improved our dissemination of resources . To further boost the credentials of our students and to provide them exposure to real tests , I am planning to conduct offline tests on the pattern assigned by the CBSE.Its extremely critical that students should appear for these offline tests commencing from 25 th November ,2020. These tests will critically analyse , inspect , survey and inspect the holistic performance of our students . I have taken this endeavour to conduct offline tests that are of paramount importance for the students of class -10 th and 12 th. I firmly believe that in such torrid times , I cannot allow any relaxation or moderation in the conducting of these premier exams . These exams will act as the benchmark for students board exams perpetration. As you all are well aware of the Covid -19 crisis , we at DPS - YNR are stringently abiding by the Government of India guidelines regarding Covid-19. we have virtually created a Bio- Bubble kind of a secure environment . I would like to request that every student should abide by the Covid -19 guidelines . No relaxation will be provided to any students on the grounds of violating Covid -19 rules .Students will commute through their own vehicle and school will not provide any transportation for the offline exams . I need the active support of the parents that your ward should be physically present for the tests , you have to play a critical role in motivating and guiding them for the board exams . DPS -YNR always made sincere endeavours for the welfare and overall upliftment of the students . Let’s keep the flame of high spirits and indomitable courage burning . We will strictly follow and abide with the government and school instruction for conducting offline test series . Consent form to be signed by the parents :- I, (print name) __________________________ have read and understood my responsibilities as a parent . I understand that if my ward fails to fulfill the guidelines assigned by the Government of India for Covid -19 , School will not be held responsible under any circumstances.
